Theme Initial upload to WebDev using ConfigEngine:

ConfigEngine.bat webdav-deploy-zip-file -user=wpsadmin -password=passw0rd_123 -DTargetURI=dav:themelist/MyIntranetTheme/ -DZipFilePath=Z:My driveProjectsThemeMyIntranetTheme.zip

Update Theme in WebDev using ConfigEngine:

ConfigEngine.bat webdav-deploy-zip-file  -DWasPassword=passw0rd_123  -DPortalAdminPwd=passw0rd_123 -DTargetURI=dav:fs-type1/themes/MyIntranetTheme/ -DZipFilePath=C:UsersAdministratorDesktopMyIntranetTheme.zip
