Open IBM download manager and select Manage Licenses
Then select RAD 9.1 and choose Import Activation kit
Have a look at the License type it is currently “Trail”
Click next
Browse the Activation file from Activation kit
Click next
Accept the license Agreement click next
It takes a while…
Click finish
Check the License type again now the status is “Permanent”
